Project Description
Online overview of the development of written language and typography which serves as a reference for designers and as an educational resource for casual viewers.
This was Michael Brandt's first experience designing for the web. The goal in creating this site was to explore information design and page production. It was important that the site have a strong visual navigational system and that it engage and entertain its audience. The site was well received with awards that included the Adobe Flashpoint and High Five awards for student projects. The site was featured in the book Cutting Edge Web Design : The Next Generation,By Daniel Donnelly
